Rizan Latif
Chief Executive Officer
Rizan is an accomplished leader with over two decades of diverse experience. His background is rooted in deep technical HSE expertise, with extensive experience in process safety, environmental engineering, and conducting certified quality assurance and HSE audits for major firms in the oil and gas industry. Rising from technical roles to a senior executive position at a global company, he has a proven track record of driving business growth. A passionate entrepreneur, he has also launched his own business ventures. This is balanced by his commitment to the community, shown through a senior leadership role in a major business federation and his leadership in non-profit environmental conservation. Rizan holds a Bachelor of Environmental Engineering and is PRINCE2 certified.
Muhammad Joey Heng
Chief Technology Officer
Joey is an accomplished technology strategist with 15+ years of experience in driving innovation and managing complex IT projects such as BSS, ERP and Data Migration. As the former Vice President of Innovation & Technology of a telecommunication company, he successfully oversees operations across IT, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, and Software Development. A passionate advocate for continuous improvement, Joey excels at leveraging automation and advanced technologies to drive operational efficiency and innovation within organizations. He has extensive expertise in full-stack development and cloud technologies and has played a pivotal role in the successful delivery of key e-Government initiatives. Joey holds a Masters in Information System management and People Leadership and Grapa certified fraud analyst.
Dinah Ali
Chief Operations Officer
Dinah offers a comprehensive command of the technology service lifecycle, from initial project delivery to operational support, honed through 13+ years' experience at a major local GLC. A certified Change Management Practitioner, she excels at guiding the human side of transformation, fostering stakeholder buy-in and successfully leading change for three government systems, including the transition of two legacy systems into One Common Portal. As project manager, she led the successful delivery of a platform for international tax data exchange (CRS compliant). Her experience culminates in her role as Service Delivery Manager, ensuring the long-term operational efficiency and stability for multiple government systems through diligent oversight and continual improvement. This holistic approach ensures new systems are seamlessly adopted, run efficiently, and deliver sustainable strategic value from day one.
